Standards & Accreditations

Health & Safety Management System

ISO45001:2018 is held by ADP Group Ltd, ISO45001 (formally OHSAS18001) is an internationally recognised health and safety accreditation, this standard ensures all our company procedures and activities are carried out in accordance with the correct risk assessments and method statements and by trained employees. This standard compliments the above and is fully integrated, completing our Business System.

ISO45001 ensures that ADP Group are fully compliant with the following items and more:

  • LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regs)
  • PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regs)
  • RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regs)

Quality Management System

ISO9001:2015 is held by ADP Group Ltd, this is an internationally recognised quality standard, gaining this accreditation reassures our clients that we stand for everything we believe in. We run a fully auditable and integrated quality management system (QMS) this looks after everything from legal compliance to handling of customer enquiries and ensures that all staff are “singing from the same song sheet” – guaranteeing a repeat performance with regards to ultimate customer satisfaction. We are audited on an annual basis to ensure maintenance and compliance of the system.

British Drilling Association

The British Drilling Association (or the BDA) is the UK’s trade association for the drilling industry. ADP Group Ltd are fully accredited corporate members.

The Survey Association (TSA)

The Survey Association (or TSA) is the UK’s trade association for the surveying industry, it covers all aspects of surveying and is seen in the industry as a mark of quality, a company has to endure a desktop appraisal, onsite interview, statements from client references and an inspection of work examples, prior to being submitted for acceptance by the committee.

UK Construction Skills Certification Scheme

ADP Group Ltd have recently achieved the Platinum CSCS award, this demonstrates our commitment to the CSCS system, to achieve the Platinum award at least 90% of site staff must hold CSCS or another approved card (I.E. CPCS), ADP Group actually have 100% of site staff with CSCS or approved cards.

SMAS Worksafe Contractor

(recognised as part of SSIP ((Safety Schemes In Procurement))

SMAS Worksafe Contractor is a pre-qualification scheme aimed at the construction industry, the scheme audits and confirms compliance with quality, health and safety legislation and best practice. The scheme is recognised by SSIP, a major construction industry pre-qualification scheme used by many major blue-chip clients. Accreditation to this scheme reassures potential clients that ADP Group are a reputable contractor with the necessary procedures and policies in place.

Achilles RISQS

RISQS is the rail industries accreditation scheme.

ADP Group’s RISQS documented management system is audited by an Achilles auditor, on an annual basis to ensure that Network Rails strict rules and operating procedures are being adhered to.

Covered by this system are items such as, LOLER, PUWER. Working Time Directive, drug and alcohol testing/monitoring and safe system of work planning.

The system also manages the Sentinel management of ADP Group’s PTS (Personal Track Safety) sponsored staff.

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS)

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme for fleet operators which aims to raise the level of quality within fleet operations, and to demonstrate which operators are achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency, and environmental protection.

ADP Group are accredited to FORS Bronze, and undergo an annual audit to ensure continued compliance to the scheme.

Safecontractor is a third party accreditation scheme that assesses health and safety arrangements. Many major clients recognise the scheme and accept the Safecontractor certificate as confirmation of competency
